About the Team

       The Orienteering Team is mainly about learning how to read a map and orient yourself in the wilderness. The maps they use are topographical maps. During the school year, they have competitions held in the Presidio of San Francisco against other JROTC Orienteering Team. Besides the competition, they do practice runs in the Presidio. In general, this is an outdoor team with a lot of fun activities.
